This posting may not be legible, but it will have to do for now.

The results are best taken without "spin", but if you wanted to "spin" them, the good news for AR advocates is that all people are smart enough to separate principles from people. The bad news is that most people don't know or really care about animals.

Intent of poll: To find out if people would be more likely to change to a vegetarian diet for health reasons, or for animal cruelty reasons.

Due to the newspaper coverage of the gravedigging story, we asked about it.

Study was conducted by 3 ARAs, so their tone of voice may have influenced the results (although had no indication it did).

Study is not scientific in that the selection of pollees was not random. Llike election exit-polls, only those who stopped were polled.

It was noted (only after the fact) that the polsters were woman and about 2/3 of the pollees were male.
