"On the night of December 25 an incendiary device was
placed in a meat market belonging to the murderous Friosa company in
Santiago.
The device consisted of a can with gasoline, attached to
sponges, activated by a simple chemical timer, and which was hidden in
the roof of the extermination camp, because this way the fire would
spread better.
The fire was lit and it destroyed part of the roof of
that filthy cemetery, where beings are sold as mere objects of
consumption.
We set fire to this place because in it we recognize a
clear symptom of the power relations that exist in society and to put an
end to the support of a system based on annihilation and exploitation,
as are the prisons, the schools, the companies, the barracks, etc ...
This attack is in support of our comrades in the midst
of a hunger strike, not as sacrifice but as a gesture of love and
agitation, showing that prison has not annihilated them and that the war
is fought both inside and out.

gesture of solidarity with the 'international call for action for the release of
activists imprisoned in the Netherlands.'
Our action consisted of putting three noise bombs in the building housing the
Dutch embassy in Chile, located on Apoquindo street, in Las Condes.
One of the imprisoned comrades in the Netherlands was arrested
on October 29 and the other on November 17; both are accused of releasing about
5,000 mink from a fur farm and for substantial damage to the extermination
center.

On Monday, 23 November at about 23:50, we placed an incendiary
device in a butcher shop (located in the vicinity of Zapadores and Juan
Crist�bal, Recoleta neighborhood), activated by a simple timer.
The goal was never to burn the entire place, but rather to cause
damage to a freezer in this place overflowing with death and torture.
We believe that direct action is in large part a way of
propagating an idea rooted in practice and of multiplying the attacks on capital

"On the night of November 22 we decided to break with
the imposed reality and went to one of the most affluent areas of the
capital, Vitacura; located there is one of the many businesses that
sustain themselves through the suffering and death of thousands of
animals. This time we visited a target located at Americo Vespucio
#1146: MaxMara, a multinational extermination center dedicated to the
sale of dead bodies as garments, using skins as a resource to make
millions in profits.
As opponents of any form of domination, the idea of
attacking them captivated us completely; our conviction did not leave
room for doubt; we do not want life to be about profit; we will sabotage
their lives and their way of supporting themselves.
Animals have always been seen as a commodity to be used
for the benefit of people; the food industries, the experimental
laboratories, the textile companies and the entertainment industry are
all proof of this. We hate all feelings of superiority and that's why
with rage and a lot of red paint we stained the facade of MaxMara; the
paint represented the enormous amount of blood shed by this murderer,
motivated by fashion, greed and opulence, no matter that behind this
there are thousands of animals who spend their entire lives in cages,
with open wounds, sleeping in their own excrement, and when they reach a
determined age they are killed in gas chambers, electrocuted or beaten
to death. This is something well known by those who support this chain
of death, whether they are sellers or consumers. Some days ago we
also revisited the CueroBat company, which was still painted red, but
the statement 'fur=murder' had been removed so we returned to write it
again but this time bigger and in a more visible place.
Passivity makes hardened critics into accomplices in the
genocide that is lived day to day, that is present wherever we are. To
put on blinders and not take action is to be part of the problem. To
have a certain kind of diet and to accept certain narrow-minded ideas,
that makes people into mere consumers. There are hundreds of ways to act
and there are hundreds of targets to mess with and yet there are those
who only rejoice when others carry out actions, as mere spectators to a
struggle.
We have thought through each one of our actions in
relation to the way that they reflect our opposition to power, and we
have found this action to correspond to our feelings, a result of the
path that aims to directly confront all that oppresses us, that path
which we have decided to take, conscious of how much we have to lose but
also how much can be achieved, but only if we act. We are glad to know
that the tranquility of their lives has been shattered, as has just
happened and will continue to happen, mocking their security and their
pathetic well-being that will constantly be attacked. It's time that
they realize they can no longer calmly rest and that there are those who
are ready to threaten authority anywhere it is found.
The night was not randomly chosen, on the 22nd we
remember comrade Mauricio Morales, who only 6 months ago died carrying
out an action, an attack that defied power. Mauricio transformed each

del sufrimiento y muerte de miles de animales. Esta vez visitamos un
objetivo ubicado en Americo Vespucio #1146 donde se encuentra MaxMara,
un centro de exterminio multinacional dedicada a la venta de cad�veres
utilizados como vestimentas, haciendo de las pieles un recurso para
obtener millonarias ganancias.
Como oponentes cualquier tipo de dominaci�n, la

hab�amos vuelto a visitar la empresa CueroBat, la cual todav�a se

al saber que se ha roto la tranquilidad de sus vidas, que como ya ha

bienestar, que esta siendo constantemente atacado. El ambiente hostil se

"On the evening of Thursday, November 5 we arrived at
the doors of the CueroBat company, located at 3811 Santa Rosa Avenue, in
Santiago. This company tans leather, profiting from the deaths of
thousands of animals. In this place every month, around 360,000 cow
skins are processed, skins that are destined to cover furniture, for
making clothing and for industrial safety products, converting the lives
of animals into simple objects of consumption, to be used at will by
other beings.
A large moon guarded our backs, while with pieces of
metal and glue we sealed all the access doors; there were four. Also,
with a lot of red paint, symbolizing the blood that the leather industry
spills, we stained their massive walls and CueroBat signs. Finally, we
made it clear that this action was not an artistic expression, but
sabotage against human domination of other species (speciesism); with
spray-paint we wrote in large letters, 'LEATHER = MURDER,' along with an
A in a circle with an F and an L in its center, symbol of the FLA.
The exploiters will always have excuses to justify
murder, saying that it is only their job and a way to make money, that
animals are for human consumption because God wanted it that way, that
animals don't feel pain, that they comply with the law in following
animal welfare regulations, etc ...
That's why neither with arguments nor with laws can we
expect to end exploitation. The laws, for those who make them, are
validation of the order of things and therefore the validation of an
entire social system based on exploitation.
We know that with these actions we have not stopped the
production of leather, but we do cause delay, displeasure and
uncertainty in the murderers. We know that small acts of sabotage (when
they are constant) can lead to closure of businesses and that's
something nobody can deny. There are no excuses for inaction!
It is no coincidence that our action happened on
November 5. This was our way of saluting our comrade Barry Horne who
died 8 years ago while in prison for ALF actions in England. Barry, like
many other comrades, realized that direct action was effective in the
struggle for animal liberation, and it was with practice and conviction
that he carried out actions, from breaking windows to rescuing animals
and burning businesses involved in animal exploitation. Barry, you

We can not end without also saluting our comrade
Mauricio Morales, who died on May 22, when the explosive device which
was going to be placed in the gendarmerie school exploded prematurely.

Rosa 3811, Santiago. Esta empresa se dedica a curtir pieles,
benefici�ndose con la muerte de cientos de animales. En este lugar al
mes se procesan alrededor de 360.000 pieles bovinas, pieles que van
destinadas a para forrar muebles, para hacer ropa y para art�culos de
seguridad industrial, convirtiendo la vida de animales en simples
recursos y objetos de consumo, los cuales pueden ser utilizados a
voluntad de otros seres.
Una gran luna nos cuidaba las espaldas, mientras que con
pedazos de metal y pegamento sellamos todas las puertas de acceso, que
eran cuatro. Tambi�n con mucha pintura roja, s�mbolo de la sangre que
derrama el negocio de las pieles, manchamos sus grandes murallas y
letras que rezaban CueroBat. Por �ltimo dejamos claro que esta acci�n no
fue una expresi�n art�stica, sino un sabotaje contra la dominaci�n de
los humanos hacia otras especies (especismo) y con spray rayamos con
grandes letras �PIELES = ASESINATO� junto con una A circulada con una F
y una L en su interior, s�mbolo del FLA.
Los explotadores siempre tendr�n excusas para justificar
el asesinato, diciendo que solo es su trabajo y forma de hacer dinero,
que los animales son para el consumo humano porque dios as� lo quiso,
que los animales no sienten dolor, que cumplen con la ley en normas de
bienestar, etc� Es por esto que ni con el convencimiento, ni con las
leyes se puede pretender poner fin a la explotaci�n. Las leyes son por
si mismas, la validaci�n del orden de las cosas y por consecuencia la
validaci�n de todo un sistema social basado en la explotaci�n, sea esta
de cualquier tipo.
Sabemos que con estas acciones no detuvimos la
producci�n de pieles, pero si causamos retraso, disgusto e incertidumbre
en los asesinos. Somos concientes de que los peque�os sabotajes (cuando
son constantes) pueden llevar al cierre de negocios y eso es algo que
nadie puede desestimar. No hay excusas para no actuar!
No es coincidencia que la acci�n la hayamos realizado un
5 de noviembre, esta fue nuestra forma de saludar al compa�ero Barry
Horne quien hace 8 a�os muri� estando en prisi�n por acciones del FLA,
en Inglaterra. Barry, como muchos otr@s compa�er@s, se dio cuenta que la
acci�n directa era la forma m�s efectiva en la lucha por la liberaci�n
animal, y fue que con practica y convicci�n que realizo acciones desde
romper vidrios y entregar volantes, hasta rescatar animales e incendiar

Mauricio Morales, quien murio el pasado 22 de Mayo, al estallarle el
artefacto explosivo que iba a poner en la escuela de gendarmer�a. El
compa�ero tambi�n cre�a en la liberaci�n animal y as� se a expuesto en
diversos comunicados, como el hecho de que era vegano y como cuando en
un video citaba la frase del FLA: si no eres t�, �quien? y si no es
ahora, �cuando?.

the disgusting smoke they spew as they drive, they build the roads
deforesting and killing thousands of natural hectares and following
their progress lie the cold bleeding bodies of so many animals. Because
of this we decided to attack these machines. Mutilated and piled up
bodies as mere objects of consumption, this is the image that doesn't
bother anyone, with a blindfold over their eyes; anthropocentrism is
responsible for making humans believe they are masters of the Earth,
exploiting for their own well-being everything that exists on the
planet. It's because of this that we glued the meat markets, where the
butchers had to replace and repair the locks and padlocks. Centers
of conditioning, repressors of inherent impulses that pigeonhole people
according to their conduct; institutions that seek to change and mold us
so we are adapted to their instruments of control, committed to
exterminating all dissenting ideas of normalcy and order; that's why we
sealed the doors of a psychiatric clinic, while officials were still
inside. In this place they don't lock up the people who write diagnoses.
Institutions that promote exploitation and progress at the expense
of crushing and enslaving people, animals and the earth.
For capitalism everything is a source of power and
profit; introducing the ideology of power throughout the world,
disguised in multiple forms; it is because of the power that the banks
represent that we attacked a bank branch; with a large stone we hit the
metal structure, breaking two windows and the door.
We know that these acts of sabotage were not an
impediment to the targets and they will continue their work; it was only
a momentary break and an inconvenience to those who saw the extent of
our exploits.
This is a minimal gesture of solidarity and a greeting
for all those who have felt the enemy's blows on their skin, who have
been encaged and separated from their loved ones. We salute our comrade
Axel Osorio, who has demonstrated that the cages did not stop him and
that his struggle continues from the dungeons, and to Cristian Cancino,
accused of being a supplier of gunpowder, to comrades Pablo Carbajal and
Mat�as Castro accused of the attack on the PDI. To comrades Daniel and
Francisco, recently on trial in Italy for robbery and subversive

financiero de santiago, ubicado en una de las comunas ms burguesas de la
ciudad, las condes. All llegamos a la Plaza Per en donde a modo de adorno
existe una gran jaula que albergaba alrededor de 50 aves, a las cuales se les
impide el vuelo. En dicha plaza hay un guardia cuya caseta esta a unos 4 metros
de la jaula y que en una de las esquinas hay una comisaria policial.
Al llegar al lugar nos percatamos que el guardia de la plaza estaba en el
interior de su caseta y que podramos actuar a espaldas de el, pero en la
comisaria que esta justo en la esquina de la plaza los policias cada cierto
tiempo realizaban rondas caminando o en patrullas. Aun as nada nos intimido y
decidimos seguir adelante, con la ayuda de un alicate logramos abrir una gran
perforacin en la jaula para que las aves pudieran escapar. No sabemos
exactamente cuantas aves lograron escapar, esperamos quesean muchas.
Como enemigxs acrrimxs de la autoridad queremos la destruccin de todas las
jaulas que encierran a humanxs y animales, junto con todas las relaciones de
poder existentes.
No nos quedaremos tranquilxs esperando que otrxs actuen por nosotrxs, ni

where we sealed the 6 padlocks and one of us tried to pass the gate to leave a
message on the big white wall, but had to flee when a police patrol got close.

de las 2 puertas y rayamos "asesinos".

"On the first night of the weekend that just past, in the filthy city of
Santiago, we encountered 2 large butchers to which we wanted to
give our contribution and make the work of these murderers more difficult; we
decided to do something easy and which would take us very little time.
Taking whatever materials with which we could plug the locks on the
padlocks, we approached our target. The first butcher had 4
padlocks on the front door which were used to open all the metal shutters from
the inside (that were like 3 shutters); after plugging the locks well we adorned
the walls of the premises writing 'meat is death' and 'murderers'. The second
butcher was larger, this had a
front door (with a lock and 2 padlocks) where the murderers
enter and 5 metal shutters (7 padlocks in total); after plugging

our pockets, we went to another butcher; this one had two

Plugging locks, breaking windows, leaving a message, etc. is very

santiago, nos encontramos con 2 grandes carniceras ante lo cual quisimos dar

Tomando algn material con el cual pudiramos tapar las cerraduras de los
candados nos acercamos a nuestro objetivo, la primera carnicera tenia 4

nuestros bolsillos nos dirigimos a otra carnicera, esta contaba con dos
cortinas metlicas y un total de 8 candados los cuales tapamos con pedazos de
metal y pegamento extrafuerte, tambin rayamos las murallas con "asesinos" y una
"(A)". Al da siguiente la carnicera no abri sus cortinas...
Tapar candados, romper vidrios, dejar algn mensaje, etc. es algo muy
sencillo, pero no por ello menos importante... nosotrxs sabemos que acciones
como estas se realizan y no es la primera ves que nosotrxs lo hacemos, pero si
es la primera ves que lo reivindicamos a travs de un comunicado, porque nos
dimos cuenta de que estbamos cometiendo un error al no hacerlo.

produce ms dao es la ms importante o que liberar un animal no es nada en
comparacin a la liberacin de miles de animales. Lo importante es romper el

We know that the physical destruction of this place is not the end of the
experimentation, but if such actions increase it would be a real possibility.
It should be emphasized that those of us who undertook this action are

assert that we act violently as a small response to the bloodthirsty violence of

El vivero es un centro de almacenamiento para animales que sern usados para
experimentacin por parte de alumnos y acadmicos pertenecientes a la

mayoritariamente ratones. Estos viven en condiciones de hacinamiento y alejados
en completo de su hbitat.
Esta prctica especista, la de ver al otro como un objeto por el hecho de ser de

igualdad, creer que otro ser no sufre en condiciones de encarcelamiento,
torturas y experimentacin es una excusa, ya que estos poseen un aparato

"On June 1, 2006, the Pontifcia Universidad Catlica de Chile was attacked
by the Frente de Liberacin Animal (F.L.A) with red paint, burning oil and
slogans, at the entrance to the Faculty of Biological Sciences, for the crimes
against life that happen there. [approx. 100 primates are imprisoned for
vivisection at the university]

Today in commemoration of the 1st of June of last year, we have decided to
'illuminate' the laboratory that they would prefer to keep hidden.... At the
same time, we communicated to them that acts such as this will not stop until
each and every one of the primates are released and out of danger....
It will not work to lie to us. We know all the movements of the laboratory,
from the names and addresses of the people in charge, to those who supply them
with surgical instruments, food for the animal prisoners, transportation, and
even specific names and data of those who are involved in the buying and selling
of those innocent lives. They should understand that if this does not end
quickly, we will begin harassing with greater force, entering completely the
lives of those that are responsible for this center of torture.
We have few options remaining. We could have done this long before, but we
did not. Understand that we are not playing and also understand the reasons why
we decided to give notice of a false bomb. The terrorists here are the bloody
vivisectors.
You create fear in primates. The TERROR they feel when they see somebody

"El 1 de Junio del ao 2006, la Pontifcia Universidad Catlica fue atacada
por el Frente de Liberacin Animal (F.L.A) , tan slo, con pintura roja, aceite
quemado y escritos, en la entrada de la calle Portugal, sea sta la Facultad de
Ciencias Biolgicas de dicha Universidad, alucivos a los crmenes contra la vida
que all ocurren. Estos actos fueron evaluados en $1.600.000 en primera
instancia, y en $3.200.000, una vez finalizada la inspeccin de los daos
causados.
Con ms de 2 aos trabajando en contra de la ms grande "Factora" de
viviseccin en Chile, como lo es la PUC, y otros 3 aos anteriores a estos 2
ltimos, de investigacin y seguimiento; vemos que este sucio negocio no se
detiene y nos estamos aburriendo de esperar a que ello ocurra.. Hemos visto como
todo el trabajo que se ha realizado,sean manifestaciones, marchas u otros, ha
resultado infructuoso; se ha perdido tiempo y dinero en su organizacin, y
rectores, facultativos y alumnos han subestimado nuestras acciones, bajndoles
cada vez ms el perfil a todas las actividades que se realizan en contra de este
Bioterio.
El tiempo del dilogo se termin, y consideramos que el plazo de 2 aos para "negociar"
y acabar con la experimentacin en animales no-humanos que se realiza en dicha
Facultad, fue suficiente y no lo supieron aprovechar. Por ello, el tiempo ahora
es nuestro, y no lo dejaremos pasar.
No debera ser nuevo para ustedes, empresas que lucran por medio de investigar,
entregar y difundir manipulada informacin, enterarse del negocio que mantiene
la PUC con laboratorios de nuestro pas. As como no debera ser nuevo enterarse
de que la PUC es un centro de tortura de un centenar de primates.
Esta Universidad experimenta con alrededor de 100 primates, de la especie
capucchino: torturndoles, testeando en ellos y ellas, comprndoles en otros
pases, manipulndoles, inseminndoles artificialmente, abortando a las primates
preadas; trasformandose as en una Factora y en una Industria, solventada en
la vida de aquellos 100 animales no-humanos. Adems de esto, se les asla en
jaulas de 70 x 70 centmetros, tenindoles por un promedio de 15 aos en ellas,
es decir,la mayor parte de la vida de aquellos animales no-humanos,
impidindoles desarrollarse en libertad. Libertad que debera ser propia de cada
uno de nosotros y nosotras, seamos animales humanos o no-humanos.
En esta Facultad de Ciencias Biolgicas, se atenta contra la VIDA, derecho tan
preciado por todos nosotros y nosotras, y por todas las especies al matarles a
ellos y ellas, y al hacerles abortar y terminar con las vidas de cras
inocentes.Atentan contra la LIBERTAD,y el ''derecho'' ms importante de todo ser
viviente sobre la tierra, bajo ella, sobre y bajo el mar o en la inmensidad del
cielo: aquel de NO SER PROPIEDAD de otro animal, y quien ms perfecto para el
papel de "dueo" y "amo", que el animal humano, dedicado en toda su historia a
intervenir en la vida de los animales no-humanos como si les pertenecieran.
Pero el punto aqu, en este comunicado, es otro. Si desean saber ms de lo que
ocurre all, basta con que abran los ojos e investiguen, sin dejarse manipular
por tan poderosa sociedad como lo es la Iglesia, en este caso, que camufla
atrozidades como estas en sus mltiples negocios: PUC, DUOC, Canal 13, Canal 13
cable, pginas web y radios; predicando cnicamente valores y conceptos
cristianos a quienes ignoran esta realidad. Siendo tan "poderosa" incluso como
para "prohibir" que investigaciones sobre el BIOTERIO de la Facultad de Ciencias
Biolgicas (documentales, cortometrajes y otros) sean difundidos en medios
masivos de comunicacin como peridicos, canales de televisin, y radio emisoras.
Censurando y evitando que la luz ilumine la verdad de sus actos.
Hoy en conmemoracin del 1 de junio del ao pasado, hemos decidido "iluminar"
de una vez por todas el laboratorio, el Bioterio que tanto ocultan y del cual no
quieren que se sepa. Hemos decidido que la pulcra reputacin que han coservado y
que tanto intentan no manchar, se destape.
Al mismo tiempo, les comunicamos que actos como ste no cesarn hasta que todos
y cada uno de los primates sean liberados y se nos asegure que sus vidas nunca
ms corrern peligro, que estarn a salvo al menos en centros de rescate y
rehabilitacin dentro del pas, para serciorarnos de que es cierto.
Pero an ms, y peor ser, si an liberndolos, deciden continuar con el negocio
cambiando de animal no-humano en el cual experimentar, de laboratorio, de nombre,
de lugar,o camuflando sus "investigaciones cintificas", que no son ms que
asquerosos negocios sin sentido que denigran a la verdadera ciencia.
No les servir mentirnos. Conocemos perfectamente todos los movimientos del
Bioterio, desde el nombre y direccin de los responsables de ste, hasta quienes
les dotan de insumos quirrgicos, alimento para los animales no-humanos all
prisioneros, de transporte, e incluso nombres y datos especficos de quienes
realizan los negocios y las transacciones de compra-venta de esas vidas
inocentes.. Por lo cual comprendan que si esto no culmina a la brevedad,
comenzaremos hostigando con mayor fuerza, entrando de lleno a la vida de todos y
todas aquellos y aquellas que resulten responsables de este centro de tortura.
Vemos as que nos quedan pocas opciones. En verdad, es tanto lo que conocemos al
respecto, que estos dos aos no han sido un plazo casual, y que el 1 de Junio
no ha sido escogido como un da al azar, porsupuesto... hemos podido hacer esto
mucho antes, pero no lo hicimos. Comprendan que no estamos jugando y comprendan
tambin los motivos (anteriormente detallados) de por qu decidimos dar un aviso
de falsa bomba.
Los terroristas aqu son ustedes sangrientos vivisectores.
Ustedes son los que engendran miedo a los primates.
Ustedes son los que hacen que los primates se orinen DEL TERROR cuando ven a
alguien vestido de delantal blanco.
Ustedes son los que los tratan como cosas.
Ustedes los abortan y los hacen tener hijos hasta que queden exhaustos.
Ustedes son los que botan primates recin nacidos a la basura porque les da la
gana o porque simplemente no sirven.
Nosotr@s?. Nosotr@s slo hemos decido que prueben un poquito de ese miedo que
ustedes le provocan a nuestros hermanos todos los das.
Que quede claro que NO nos detendremos hasta que la Industria de la Viviseccin
