Shocking Pictures Emerge from Finnish Fur Farms

An undercover animal rights investigation has revealed the significant suffering of animals kept at Finnish fur farms. Animal rights groups collected pictures and footage from around 80 fur farms between May and November of last year.

Animal Rights Organisation "Oikeutta Eläimille" (Justice for Animals) has published material showing animals in a large number of Finnish fur farms to be suffering from a variety of injuries and poor living conditions. The report refers to a number of specific problems including open wounds, eye infections, a variety of injuries, behavioural problems and even cannibalism.
