Dozens of Irish Actors, Film Makers and Producers Speak Out to Back a Ban on Irish Fur Farming

Dear Members & Supporters;

Dozens of top Irish actors, producers and film directors are getting behind the campaign to 'Ban Fur Farming in Ireland' as the Minister for Agriculture Simon Coveney, awaits a report into fur farming in Ireland from submissions last December, where he will then make an announcement on the future of this most shameful industry.

The list that reads of the "who's who" in Irish film industry consists of over 80names including, Saoirse Ronan - Atonement, Hugh O'Connor - My Left Foot, Robert Sheehan - The Misfits, Amy Huberman - The Clinic, Angeline Ball - The Commitments, Simon Delaney -- Bachelors Walk - recent presenter of the IFTA's, Lenny Abrahamson Director - The Wind That Shakes the Barley and many more. A huge well done to ARAN supporter and Irish actress Rachel Pilkington, for drumming up the support, a beautiful person inside and out, with a heart of gold!

Take a moment now to send one last email to Minister Coveney via ARAN's special campaign website, . Please ensure to sign your name, put in your address and click 'send' where your email will then go out to 160 Irish TD's, Ministers and Senators. Please be sure to also 'Like' our campaign Facebook page too, click here and click here to see our most recent investigation into Irish fur farming with UK group Respect for Animals, Danish group Anima, and the International Fur Free Alliance.

Together we're changing the face of animal abuse in this country for good.
