Subject: JEDWARD to
Front New Cruelty to Animals 'Ad' for ARAN
Dear Supporters, I am
excited to tell you about the latest Irish celebrities to support our
campaign to stop cruelty to animals - JEDWARD, yes, that's right. I have
just returned from an exciting photo-shoot, where the outrageous twosome
posed with rescued shelter dogs for a new campaign to bring to the attention
of their many legions of loyal fans across the world - spurring them on
to be 'kind' towards animals. Since late 2009, when JEDWARD shot to
fame on the popular TV singing competition XFACTOR, their popularity around
the world has catapulted them into stardom, at the very young age of 19.
With their now tens of thousands of loyal fans - companies, magazines,
children's programmes and more - are all looking to book JEDWARD to front
their products and services.
In Ireland, JEDWARD kindly agreed to
support a new 'ad' campaign completely free of charge,
which ARAN will be launching in the coming weeks. The campaign aims to raise
awareness among children and teenagers, with the message -be 'kind' to
animals and urges them to contact ARAN to become active against animal abuse
in Ireland.
Our new 'ad' will be sent to schools across the country,
pitched to children's programmes, magazine outlets and much more, in order
to generate as much exposure as is possible, and to home in on the fact
that cruelty to animals is not popular, and that kindness to animals, is the
way to go.
During our photo-shoot with JEDWARD, and other celebrities
with whom we have worked with in the past, we always take an opportunity to
educate them on all aspects of animal abuse in the hope that they go on to
develop a strong bond with animals and a cruelty free, compassionate
lifestyle. Education works, ask Eva Mendes, Hollywood-screen siren, who went
from been a meat eating, fur wearing celebrity, to a vegetarian, campaigning
against the fur trade and much more - education works and that's our
priority at ARAN.
I have attached some photos that we took on the
day, so please do enjoy them as much as I did. We hope you all look forward to yet another positive
and upbeat campaign from ARAN, which will continue to spread our ongoing
message, to choose compassion over cruelty.
Thank you for all that
you do to help animals and your ongoing support of ARAN

teenagers -the animal defenders of tomorrow.
