Demo by Japan SPCA (nippon spca in Japanese) was held on February 26, 2011. The demo was to change animal law to protect animals, such as asking ban of selling of puppies and baby kittens under thef 8 weeks, asking ban to open petshop during midnight, etc. You can see the photo and youtube video at the link below. The number of people joined were 300-500 and were not big compared to the
demo in the Europe and the States, but considering the national identity of
