Every rescue animal has a story; it might be horrific, but the story needs to be told. The beginning of a rescue tale may start in misery, but when we step into the narrative, we change the plot and alter the ending and ultimately a life.

As we struggle daily to improve the lives of animals in our communities here in the United States, we must remember: we are not alone in our efforts. Animal welfare is an international concern. Countries across the globe battle animal abuse and neglect on a daily basis.
