"During the night of first and second Christmas the Animal Liberation Front liberated 13 white rabbits in the south of The Netherlands. They were flemish giant rabbits.

When we got into this rabbit barn we were shocked, not by the large amount of rabbits who were present, but that the group of adult rabbits from which we rescued 2 a week earlier, were all gone, and might have been killed; we were afraid of this and it has become true.

We from the Animal Liberation Front have chosen to not cause any damage or leave a note, so we could come back later to liberate all the rabbits who are awaiting their death.

The Animal Liberation Front doesn't know if the rabbits are for consumption, or if they got killed for their fur. It doesn't make any difference to us, we want all animals to be free, and we will come back until the last cage is empty!

December 21, 2008 -- Holiday Warmth for NYSE Euronext Exec

According to media in The Netherlands, in the late evening of December 19 in the city of Wassenaar two cars were destroyed by fire in the driveway of a NYSE Euronext senior executive. Animal rights activists are suspected of being responsible (NYSE Euronext is an exchange where shares are traded in the infamous animal lab Huntingdon Life Sciences).

"On Monday morning, December 1, we attacked the house of Mr. Steyn in Zeewolde, as well as his car. The reason for this is that Mr. Steyn illegally runs a mink farm at Sterappel Avenue. He has no license for it and is doing so illegally. The town seems to tolerate it, we do not.
In a previous action, all the breeding mink were freed, but that has not stopped Steyn from continuing with his 'hobby of hell.'
We demand that the town take measures against their own tolerance! As long as municipalities act illegally, we are forced to do just that, unfortunately.

November 14, 2008 -- Hunting Platforms Chopped Down

"The hunt season is opened again and hundreds of animals will be
murdered. N.A.S.A (Northern Anti-Speciesism Alliance) condemns taking the lives of any kind of animals.

On Tuesday November 11th seven hunting platforms were cut down with an axe in the northern part of Holland. A car belonging to a hunter who was out killing innocent animals was redecorated with some nice colors and sugar was poured in the fuel tank.

These actions probably won't stop these murderers but gives a better chance for the animals to escape.

Just see this as a friendly start of what will come."

We have destroyed his car with paint-remover and stabbed his tyres of his car. In front of his house they paintsprayed 'Animal Killer' and 'Scum'. In the streets we've left a mark on a big white wall with 'Murderer' including his address, so everyone knows where this sick animal abuser is hiding. There is no excuse for killing animals in labs. July 2, 2008 -- Arson Attack Against Geese Killers

Media has reported that on the morning of June 26 a fire damaged the company Duke Faunabeheer in Lelystad, Netherlands. This company was hired to kill thousands of geese on the island of Texel.

One of the company's offices was destroyed in the fire.

February 7, 2008 -- Pet Shop Spraypainted

"During New Years Eve activists damaged the entrance of the pet shop Rentenaar in Zaandam. 3 glass windows were damaged with graffiti. Slogans were written like, 'Happy 2008, For the animals!' Rentenaar is a pet shop selling fur in the form of cat toys. Also the animals Rentenaar is trading are in bad conditions. The animals have no space to move, puppies are locked in a room one by one behind a glass window so customers could see them. The owners are not interested in the health of these animals."

February 2, 2008 -- 7 Hunting Platforms Destroyed

Last month, several hunting platforms were destroyed in the Veluwe. Four of them in Nunspeet, in the Renteloos Voorschotbos, a 250-acre forest where all kinds of wildlife can be found. The other three hunting platforms were destroyed in Welna. Both the towers and the furniture inside were completely destroyed. Media reported thousands of Euros in damage. The hunter Jaap van Ree said that he has to pay for the damages himself. He said that he has been hunting for the last 40 years and has never seen such aggressive actions before.
