The Romania Animal Rescue, Inc. has chosen to concentrate it's funds entirely on spay and neuter until the problem with the dogs is under control in Galati. All funds for RAR will go for spay&neuter, and shall be paid directly to veterinarians, with no middle person involved.

Our partnership with ROLDA has been terminated. I shall have to close the Paypal account in which ROLDA funds have been donated online, and open an account for RAR. I don't imagine RAR will be nearly as successful on its own. Please know that as of May 15, 2006, all funds sent to RAR either thru paypal or to our address or thru our credit card will go directly for spay and neuter to stop this incredible overpopulation problem which has yet to be addressed properly. Please deal with Dana directly in order to donate to ROLDA.
