This official document was addressed to JVS (public communal service) "Beograd" OVČA, OVČA-is a Public veterinary station facility, temporal accommodation for collected stray dogs and cats before dogcatchers kill them. Every year this Institute asks for stray dogs and cats from OVČA, for their cruelty experiments. Institute of Physiology used stray dogs and cats for experiments without scientific meaning. This is big cruelty to animals which are abused and they loose their lives in those meaningless experiments, and this is a crime according to veterinary Law and The Criminal Code of Serbia. This is huge tragedy; we must stop this, NOW. Our investigation is not finish yet, but it will be very soon.
