A group of Ankara lawyers has launched an animal rights magazine to highlight issues, raise awareness and suggest solutions to animal problems in Turkey. '[We will send the magazine to] people we believe can make a difference and have an impact on animal rights,' Kumru Kılı�oğlu head of the Animal Rights Commission, recently told the H�rriyet Daily News & Economic Review. --
