BOSTON -- At least eight commercial fishing boats were vandalized in Plymouth Harbor overnight, according to a fisherman. Plymouth fisherman Tim Barrett said his boat was spray-painted with the initials "ELF," believed to stand for an environmental group called Earth Liberation Front. The phrases "death to commercial fishing" and "commercial fishing = slaughter" were also painted on the boats. --
