Well, Scrooge has let us out today for 20 minutes to use the showers, email and use the phones.  I am not certain when i will be able to write again thou it could be several days. i am also not certain what they intend to do this coming weekend - XXXX-mas- so i would suggest you call the prison to see if you can get in before making any long drives down here.

Food has been a major hurdle too recently.  They give us bologna and cheese sandwiches every day for lunch and dinner.i have had bread and mustard sandwiches with fruit every day for the last 2 1/2 weeks. i have put in requests to the chaplain and told the C.O.'s that i cannot eat the stuff they are giving me. the response so far has been 'too bad' and nothing has changed. So please feel free to phone the prison and request i/we begin receiving healthy food again.

Please write Steve letters.  Also remember he is out of touch via email for the time being.  We are told he is low on stamps and cant get any because of the lockdown.  If he doesn't write back its not unappreciated or because he doesn't love you.
