Dogs Being Killed in Dominican Republic

I am writing with hopes that you will be able to spread the word about what just happened last week in the Dominican Republic.

If you do not know, Sirenis Cocotal Beach Resort Casino & Spa Playas Uvero Alto | Macao Beach, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic allegedly ordered workers to poison the beach dogs there killing around 40 dogs.

There are stories being written everyday about this and the women that was in the process of getting them off the beaches and into the homes of caring people throughout the world. Her name is Gundala and this is her story that was written by a caring individual that , like myself, visited there and became fond of the dogs; http://alfredfox.hubpages.com/hub/Beach-Dogs-in-the-Dominican-Republic

This is my story as of today, I hope to have some great news in a week or so: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150274520673457.328708.619608456&type=3&l=fdc0a3c5e7

And this is the link to the petition that we need your help with if you would give it: https://www.change.org/petitions/public-sanity-and-tourism-department-of-the-dominican-republic-act-against-massive-dogs-poisoning-on-touristic-beaches-ordered-by-hotels-3

We are probably going to start a fund raiser online to get the remaining dogs out of there and any other dog that Gundala may encounter. The biggest thing that we need now is the 7000 signatures on the petition. So if you could share this with your members, everyone involved will be grateful and if you have any suggestions about combating this issue please call or email me.

For the love of dogs,

Jason Hancock
