Below are graphs of the number of actions reported on directaction.info, sorted into quarterly totals, and included are the dates of which SOCPA was introduced and updated.

The graph reports only the number of articles, not the actual number of actions, as many articles on Bite Back have more than one action listed, sometimes dozens. Also, not every action gets
recorded.

Other than that, its the best estimate you'll find in my opinion regarding direct action and increase / decrease argument, which seems heavily influenced by SHAC7, SOCPA, netcu & the media!
For example; after SHAC 7 were bailed, DA decreased by more than 30% in the following 3 months.
