American Sanctuary for Research Animals: The Kindness Ranch is a sanctuary very different from any you may have encountered before.

Our mission is to provide a loving, caring home to any animals previously used in laboratory testing and research. We have the ability to provide rehabilitation and re-socialization to any animals unlike most rescues or shelters.

Since there are no sanctuaries in the United States specializing in these types of animals, we felt that there was a need to provide this type of care.

Millions of animals are used in research and experimentation every year and because there has been no home available for them, euthanasia has been the most common practice in disposing of these beautiful creatures once their involuntary service to humanity is finished.

ASRA: The Kindness Ranch is a place where retired research animals will be allowed to live out their days in a home environment. They will be offered a second chance to live their lives in comfort, peace and with dignity.
