Protest HLS in New York, Nov 12

Protest Huntingdon Life Sciences for killing 500 animals every day

Join Win Animal Rights as we continue the campaign to stop the killing at the notorious animal testing labs at Huntingdon Life Sciences (HLS). HLS is a company whose primary business is death and suffering. 500 animals are killed there every day. They are poisoned, they are cut and burned, they have limbs broken and on top of that they have to endure the cruelty of sadistic technicians who have been proven, in 6 undercover investigations, to abuse and torture the animals in their care.

Date/Time: Sunday, November 12, 2006 at 2:00 PM
Place: 279 Central Park W. (88 St.) - New York City
Home of: Andrew Baker, CEO of HLS

*************************

At 3:00 PM we will leave this location to visit the homes of key executives of Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb and GlaxoSmithKline in New York City. Note: Please wear good walking shoes if you plan on coming with us at 3:00 PM. Also, it is always colder by Central Park. Hats, scarves, gloves and warm clothing will help keep you comfortable.

Here is an excerpt from Michelle Rokke's Diary of Despair, written to document the cruelty and horrors she witnessed, while working undercover at Huntingdon Life Sciences in East Millstone, New Jersey.

"Yao sedated the primates with Ketaset. Irene and I weighed them and Brian did the tb tests. He grabbed one primate by the scruff and while he held her in one hand he injected the tb solution under her eyelid. He did it in midair without laying the primate down. He told me "You didn't see that. It never happened. You can't prove it. You're not supposed to do it that way."....Brian routinely grabbed the primates by the scruff and transported them across the room by the scruff." Written by Michelle Rokke, Diary of Despair, Inside HLS

When making your plans, please consider that there are 70,000 animals trapped inside of Huntingdon Life Sciences right now. Some are violently ill while others pace their cold steel cages and dank concrete pens waiting to be poisoned or multilated for toothpaste or some new chemical or food additive. You are their only hope. Please, please stop whatever you are doing and make plans to join us on Sunday at the home of HLS CEO Andrew Baker. If you cannot join us, you can contact Andrew Baker and/or HLS at:
