I am hoping for support on a terrible situation that has occurred in Knoxville TN last week. A black lab passed away from heat exhaustion from their owner neglect and the below details are document of this horrid day.

There is a petition on behalf of Theo the black lab that died on this day. We have started a petition seeking justice thru proper legal authorities. The person that took these photos on this day had done all she knew how with the proper authorities in this town but it did not save this dogs life.

Any consideration would be greatly appreciated.
