BARTLESVILLE, Oklahoma - A Bartlesville man is facing an animal cruelty charge after setting a mouse on fire outside his home. Bartlesville Police got the call Wednesday evening to Bradley Valdez's home in the 300 of West 8th Street after they got a call about someone setting an animal on fire and watching it run down the street. --
