Producto de la sobrepoblació n de perros vagos en la ciudad, es normal presenciar más de un atropello.
En el video, se ve como este perro agoniza, tras ser arrollado por un vehículo. Lo que conmueve es la heroica acción de otro canino, quien intenta salvarlo y arrastrarlo hasta la berma de la autopista.
Escenas como esta, lamentablemente continuaran proliferando si no plantea una solución concreta al tema de los perros callejeros.
