I saw my OB/GYN on Tuesday April 12th.  She said my cervix is now dilated to 2 centimeters so the baby will come any time.  My blood pressure was a little on the low side ~ as it always is.  We have determined that the baby is laying on a nerve in my lower back causing discomfort.  Ahhhh the joys of pregnancy :)
