Red Meat May Increase Risk for Noncardia Gastric Cancer

Feb. 28, 2006 ― Red meat is associated with an increased risk for noncardia gastric cancer, particularly in those with positive Helicobacter pylori cultures, according to the results of a prospective cohort study reported in the March 1 issue of the Journal of the National Cancer Institute.
