The National Geographic
reported in Jan of 73
that the longest lived people
in the world were vegetarian centenarians... they were
the Villcabamba of Ecuador,
Azerbaijans of the Caucasus,
Hunzas of Tibet.
Other centenarians are Hindu yogi
vegetarians.
Conversely the shortest lived

whose diet is mostly animal protein.
Inuit living on high animal protein
diets live to late 50's.
