April 15 - 24, 2011

For the past year, Win Animal Rights has been focused on the local NYC issues of the Carriage Horse trade and the campaign to stop the killing of animals at the NYC ACC (animal shelter). It is with great delight that we received the notifications from FAUN (Friends of Animals United New Jersey) about the upcoming World Laboratory Animal Liberation Week events. Events are taking place in New York and New Jersey on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please consider attending one, two or better yet all three of these important events.

Come prepared to do some traveling. Dress comfortably and don't forget to wear comfortable shoes. All protests will be held rain or shine. Signs, literature and banners will be provided, but don't forget to bring water and snacks to keep your energy level high and sunscreen if the day looks sunny. Get ready to aggressively spread the word alongside FAUN and our animal-loving allies, about the drug pushers and animal abusers that continue to do business in New York and New Jersey.
