The inaugural Vida Vegan Con bloggers conference brought more than 200
online writers, cookbook authors and activists from as far away as
London to Portland over the weekend for two-full days of seminars,
speeches and endless buffet spreads of delicious plant-based food. But
many of the attendees came to town as much as a week early to devour
as much of the city's thriving vegan scene as they could.
