Professional bodybuilder Jim Morris has the ripped, vascular physique
that few men of any age can achieve, let alone a senior citizen. But
Morris, 77, is proof that exercise and eating well are indeed the keys to
the fountain of youth.
While most bodybuilders consume substantial
amounts of chicken breast and other animal proteins daily, Jim is a
longtime vegan who insists that a plant-free diet is responsible for his
shockingly age-defying physique and superb overall health.
